Spectrum Update and Service Enhancements Q1'2019

We are delighted to provide our clients, advisory partners, professional connections, and key contacts with a quick business update. It seems incredible that Q1'2019 has closed and we are already past tax season. We are happy to report that over the past quarter Spectrum launched the Spectrum Employer Connect Video Series, improved participant account security through widespread deployment of multi-factor authentication, and enhanced our plan consultation report to support retirement plan reviews.

Spectrum is committed to ensuring every client gains the greatest value from relationships with us. Accordingly, we are pleased to share our Employer Connect Video Series which features information every plan sponsor should know. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) enhances account security by requiring multiple factors as conditions of system access. MFA helps to mitigate the risk of unauthorized user account access. Spectrum initiated widespread deployment of MFA to client retirement plans in Q1'2019.

Periodic retirement plan reviews can help employers to meet fiduciary obligations by monitoring outcomes and a plan's alignment with design objectives. Spectrum made reviews easier for clients with the Spectrum Plan Consultation Report. This report highlights some of the most important plan information and data points. Launched last year, we are thrilled that Spectrum Payroll360™ has been widely adopted. Spectrum Payroll360™ features bi-directional data integration with major payroll vendors.
