Implementation

Spectrum Payroll360 supports 360-degree payroll integration with major national payroll providers. Most employers can complete the setup and configuration in less than 20 minutes.

1 - General Configuration

  1. Navigate to https://spectrum.payrollintegrations.com/
  2. Enter your Company Name and the Partner Code provided to you by Spectrum's Consulting Team. If you do not have a Partner Code, please contact your Spectrum Account Manager.
  3. Press the Sign In button.

General Configuration

2 - Employer Configuration

  1. Enter the email address of your Principal Payroll Administrator
  2. Select your Payroll Platform from the drop-down list. If you do not see your payroll platform listed, then your platform may not support 360-degree payroll integration. However, Spectrum Payroll360 can support 180-degree payroll integration with most payroll vendors.
  3. Select your Payroll Frequency from the drop-down list. If you operate multiple payroll cycles, or if you do not see your payroll cycle listed, please contact your Spectrum Account Manager
  4. Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  5. Press the Send Button

Employer Configuration

3 - Payroll Platform Configuration

  1. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your payroll platform.
  2. We will send a confirmation email within two (2) business days after you successfully completed the configuration of your payroll platform. If you do not receive an email within two (2) business days, please contact your Spectrum Account Manager.
